鹤峰县兴鹤产业投资集团有限公司（以下简称鹤峰产投集团）成立于2025年7月，前身为鹤峰兴资产业园发展有限公司，公司性质为国有控股，注册资本1.39亿元。

　　鹤峰产投集团以园区为平台，围绕“当龙头、做标杆、树品牌”总目标，秉持“传统产业迭代升级、新兴产业创新突破、未来产业优化布局”的发展思路，构建起“1+N”产业布局体系——以市场需求为导向，聚焦重点领域，优先发展核心产业，具体包括1条融入国家大健康战略的供应链，以及3条特色产业链：一是生态农业链（涵盖蔬菜、葛仙米），二是生物医药链（包含中药材、医养康养），三是绿色材料链（聚焦箬竹新材料）。各产业通过数智化赋能，实现强链、补链、延链的深度融合发展。

　　2025年，鹤峰产投集团将以市场为核心驱动力，逐步打造生物医药、绿色食品加工、低碳新材料等三个产业园。

Hefeng Xinghe Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hefeng Industrial Investment Group”) was established in July 2025. Formerly known as Hefeng Xingzi Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd., it is a state-controlled enterprise with a registered capital of RMB 139 million.

Leveraging industrial parks as its core platform, the Group is guided by the vision of “leading the industry, setting benchmarks, and building strong brands.” It follows a development strategy focused on upgrading traditional industries, driving innovation in emerging sectors, and optimizing the layout of future industries.

The Group has established a “1+N” industrial framework, oriented by market demand and focused on key sectors, with priority given to core industries. This includes one supply chain aligned with China’s national health strategy, as well as three key industry chains:
　• Ecological agriculture (including vegetables and Gexianmi)
　• Biopharmaceuticals (including traditional Chinese medicine and healthcare services)
　• Green materials (focusing on bamboo-based advanced materials)

Through digital and intelligent empowerment, the Group strengthens, supplements, and extends industrial chains, achieving integrated and high-quality development.

In 2025, driven by market demand, the Group will gradually develop three major industrial parks focusing on biopharmaceuticals, green food processing, and low-carbon new materials.
